Rebecca has worked within the fitness industry for 2 years, where she has gained a lot of knowledge through online learning and her colleagues.

Rebecca’s passion for fitness comes from her struggles with mental health and being a parent.

After having her daughter, she found she had lost a sense of who she was. Getting back to the gym was daunting, and she didn't know where to start. Fast forward three years, and she has now found new self-confidence that she never experienced before alongside no longer needing medication to manage her mental health.

She now wants to help others see how important health and fitness are and the effect it can have on your life as a whole.
